Consisting of total 7 layers of premium carbon material and CBT technology to reinforce the tip and butt sections, the ix90 shaft is a stark contrast to most other carbon shafts on the market, which rely on epoxy to get the weight up and cost down. In fact, iron shafts in the 90-gram range made with little or no epoxy or glue is virtually non-existent due to the cost and difficulty of manufacture. The resulting ix90 shafts are lighter and faster, yet incredibly stable and solid at impact to transcend the previous boundaries of carbon iron shafts.
